    Opened in October 2016, Anatomic Body Piercing was the first, and still the only body piercing boutique in North Central FL.  We are the only studio in the region to carry exclusively quality jewelry made by the finest manufacturers in the world.
  • Jewelry- 
    We will only pierce with Implant-Grade titanium, Nickel-free gold, Niobium, Glass or Platinum.  As with any reputable studio, we DO NOT carry externally threaded jewelry, junk steel (such as 316L or "surgical steel") or acrylic jewelry. 
  • ​Of the numerous materials available, few have been proven appropriate for wear in fresh body piercings. Some metal alloys have been approved based on medical usage (often as medical implants) and have specific designations that represent a precise standard for the alloy and its quality as determined by as determined by the American Society for Testing and Materials International (ASTM) and/or the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). 
    NOTE: 316L or "surgical steel" steel does not have an ASTM or ISO implant-grade designation and therefore we WILL NOT carry such a material for any use whatsoever, whether it be for a fresh, or healed piercing.
  • Sterilization - 
    We use a Statim G4 autoclave for sterilization of all equipment, materials and jewelry used in all procedures.
    The Statim G4 has a 6 minute cycle, which allows us to sterilize everything required for your procedure in your presence, giving you the comfort of knowing that everything used for your piercing has been properly sterilized and safe to be used.
  • Autoclave Spore Testing-  
    The purpose of spore testing is to ensure an autoclave is working properly and sterlilizing the contents.  While the state of Florida only requires autoclave spore testing every 3 months, we spore test our Statim G4 weekly, and our chamber autoclave monthly.  We are not willing to put so many of our clients at risk by testing so infrequently.
